How can I find a Stallholder?

Q: How can I find a particular stallholder or information on how I can contact them?
A: In the first instance we suggest you browse the stallholder listings on this site where you may be able to find the information you are looking for. On the actual Market days you can call to the Market Information booth who should be able to help you with your enquiry. Outside Market hours please call the Market office on 07 5442 7106 who have information or contact details for most stalls at the Eumundi Markets.

Why can't I find a stall?

Q: Why do stalls seem to move around or are not there when I visit?
A: The answer to this question is somewhat complicated. Firstly, the Saturday & Wednesday Markets are totally different Markets. Some Marketeers who do the Saturday Market don't do the Wednesday Market and vise versa. Keeping this in mind, you will find the majority of the stallholders in the same position relative to each day. You will note this difference detailed on many of the stall listings on this site. Also these regular stallholders are allowed time off from the Markets so sometimes they may be not there when you visit. We also have a bank of casual stallholders who participate depending on the ebb and flow of available sites. These stallholders are the main ones that you find moving around due to the non permanent nature of their participation. Should you be having difficulty concerning the whereabouts of a particular stallholder please refer to the "How can I find a Stallholder" question.

Animals in the Market

Q: Can i bring my dog or pet to the market?
A: Due to food and hygiene regulaltions we do not permit animals in the market. It is also not kind to the animals due to the thousands of pedestrians that attend the market each week.

Wheel Chair Access & AmenitiesImage

Q: Are there facilities for people with different abilities?
A: Yes, the Market is user friendly for people with different abilities. We have disabled toilets in the centre and southern sections of the market as well as wheelchair access ramps throughout the terraced section.

Lost & Found?

Q: What if I lose something or find something in the Market?
A: We have a lost and found register situated at the Market Information booth in the front courtyard section of the Market. You will find it on the footpath just north of the blue CWA building. For information on lost & found outside market hours please call the Eumundi Information Office on 07 5442 7266.

Lost Children or First Aid?

Q: What do I do if I become separated from my kids or require first aid?
A: All staff at the markets are connected by two-way radios so it is very easy to seek help in these circumstances. The first thing you should do is either seek help from one of the roving officers or call to the Information Booth or Market Office to report your situation. With lost children we normally take them to the Information Booth and care for them there until they are reunited with their parents. With First Aid, the First Aid station is situated at the Market Office which is the pink canecutters building in the front courtyard behind the Information Booth.

Complaints, Kudos or Comments?

Q: What do I do if I wish to complain about something or share my experience of my visit to the market.
A: We would love to hear from you whatever the situation. The preferred method of communication is via email to the Market Manager at manager@ eumundimarkets.com.au
