Bringing back the old fashioned favourites is what the Donut Kitchen sets out to do with their mouth watering sugary freshly cooked donuts.

They've adopted the motto "if its not broken, don't fix it - just improve it!"

Jamie's first memories of his childhood in Melbourne markets is of lining up for Hot Jam Donuts with his family before they strolled through the isles and ventured through the many market stalls.

This inspired Jamie and his wife Sandie to develop their very own Donut Kitchen. They started with hot jam fillings, and whilst the intention was to keep it simple, it wasn't long before the first evolution of the flavour took place. Their youngest child Milli wasn't so fond of jam so they found themselves making a few plain donuts, then Nutella donuts (soooooo good), right through to the six fillings available today: Raspberry/Plum, Vanilla Custard, Salted Caramel, Nutella, Lemon Curd and Blueberry.

Their recipe is a closely guarded secret, but they assure us that there are no eggs nor milk in their donuts.

Call in and try your favourite filling on one of the light fluffy freshly made donuts - better still, mix and match flavours as you like to create a scrumptious six pack.
