Jim makes what we think is the best calamari on the planet.
His cooked-to-order Salt and Pepper Calamari is served on a bed of rocket with a fresh lemon wedge and a choice of dipping sauces - Sweet Chilli with Lime and Coriander or Garlic Mayonnaise.
Also available with rice flour for those looking for a gluten free option.
Aside from Eumundi Markets, Jim also takes his calamari to festivals as far north as Bundaberg and as far south as the Gold Coast.
