Easter Saturday

Easter Saturday

31 March 2018

Hop along to Eumundi Markets on Easter Saturday March 31! A highlight for kids visiting the markets is our FREE annual Easter Treasure Hunt for the first 300 children to the market office (the pink building in the centre of the markets) from 8am.  Treasure hunters are given clues and must find the answers as they make their way through our colourful markets. They can take their time and enjoy the market fun as they go along, and when they complete their journey, each young treasure hunter will receive a delicious chocolate Easter treat. How good is that?

Keep an eye out for the Easter bunny who'll be joining in the market fun, and say hi and pose for market snap with Jasmine the gorgeous Macaw from Maleny Botanic Gardens.

What a great day out for the entire family with an awesome line-up of live music across 4 zones of the market.

The ridiculously talented one-man band Juzzie Smith will be sharing his unique style of bluesy/folk mixed into a groove of its own on main stage from 9am.

Tribal Groove will be bringing their fresh, pumping, high energy vibe to the Railway Building, whilst award winning multi-instrumentalist 'one-man' band Craig Atkins will be entertaining visitors at The Food Hub on Second Terrace.

Or stroll down to the Amphitheatre end of the market to find OKA with their 'feel good' Australian earth sound, consisting of house, big beat, reggae-dub, roots, jazz and world music.

A day not to be missed here at the Original Eumundi Markets!
